Acclimating to college life can be very stressful. We can support and guide your child to have a healthier experience.

  • Since each child's college experience will be different, it's difficult to adequately prepare them to go off to school 

  • Even for those kids who were big fish in a small pond in high school, the stress and responsibility of being on their own can feel overwhelming


We will help students learn to care for themselves in the way that is best for each one of them. 

  • Provide students with a new understanding of health, nutrition, and stress relief 

  • Connect to and grow their inner voice to create true self appreciation, support and confidence.

  • Through Skype or Facetime, we will guide your child based on his/her needs and schedule
