Carol Haggerty Reardon, member IAHC

Carol is a Holistic Health Coach. She has been successfully helping people heal themselves through many areas of their lives for over 15 years. Striving for good health, life balance and helping others have always been part of Carol's journey. She is a graduate of the University of Virginia and has worked for Sports Illustrated, in Switzerland for Christies, and as an executive for several health related internet companies. Throughout her career, Carol was physically active; running, swimming, weight training, practicing martial arts, Pilates and yoga, yet she lived with on and off debilitating hip and back pain that no doctor could cure. Carol relentlessly researched and practiced different nutrition and energy philosophies in order to heal herself and feel good every day. She has helped others do the same; helping them to heal body pain, lose weight, treat digestion issues, extreme PMS and become healthier and happier when medical practioners were unable to help.

Carol is the author of the year-round guide to healthy living: Don't Just Survive the Holidays, Thrive!  and a future book, Self-Heal Your Body Pain. She is certified through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where she studied and trained in more than 100 dietary and health theories under such well known health experts as Dr. Frank Lipman, Dr. Mark Hyman, Dr. Deepak Chopra and Dr. Andrew Weil. Drawing on this knowledge and training, along with her 20 years of operative philosophy training and experience, Carol will help you create a completely personalized “roadmap to health” that suits your unique body, lifestyle, stress level and goals, and create a better relationship with yourself and others.
